Donate in kind
Specialized Furniture
Furniture for every child is customised according to his or her special needs. Therefore designing furniture for each child requires understanding the needs of the child and then engineering the chair to meet those needs.
Tabs-20 numbers
The finger swipe motion required to use a tablet is absolutely easy and thereby helps make classes interesting for the child. We would ideally like to have one tab for every 5 students.
Smart Boards 11 numbers
Smart boards are used in the classrooms to visualise class work. At the moment we have a smart board only in one classroom, we would like to set up one in every class.
Motorized Wheel Chairs
Motorised wheel chairs allow for individuals with special needs a degree of independence even if they don't have the energy to manoeuvre their wheel chairs.
Rollators
Rollators give individuals a degree of freedom of movement in their environment. This in turn improves their cognitive and exploratory skills
Recliners
Individuals with developmental disabilities have difficulties in the areas of sensory motor skills like motor skills, muscle strength, posture which affect their participation at school and home. Recliners is one of those methods of helping an individual maintain a posture that is both comfortable and yet does not hinder their participation.
Playstations-10 numbers
Play stations help individuals in improving both the cognitive skills and also allows them to strengthen muscles.
Video Games
Just like play stations, video games help individuals improve cognitive skills and also keeps them occupied.
