Swavalambana seeks to enable young adults to become self-reliant by empowering them with   entrepreneurship and employment skills. On graduating from Uthpanna, they work with our in-house production units for paper crafts (files, paper bags, envelopes), foot-mat weaving, screen printing and tailoring. Young adults are trained to manage all tasks related to production, marketing and sales efficiently with minimal supervision. Guidance on managing money, maintaining accounts, and conducting promotional activities is also provided.
